Fertilisers - Rosier

In Belgium, Total develops a fertiliser production business through the company Rosier. Based in Moustier, this fertiliser specialist, established in 1880, today has a commercial presence in over 80 countries.
Its business involves 3 core activities: simple and compound fertilisers for field crops, fully soluble, liquid, and solid fertilisers, and the custom-manufacture of industrial products. In March 2006, Rosier acquired the Dutch fertiliser manufacturer Zuid-Chemie, thereby gaining further logistics and production capacities perfectly suited to the requirements of the market.

In line with the concept of a rational and optimised application of fertilisers, the Company’s objective is to ensure optimum yield for farmers whilst also protecting the environment.

This commitment entails offering specific products meeting the individual needs of each crop while taking account of every type of soil, in any climate, and on every continent.
