How will your career evolve ? Difficult to anticipate.
From your post, you will be exposed to other activities and other professions within the Group. This will allow you to test your ambitions and future prospects.
Annual interview
At your annual interview with your line manager, you will conduct an appraisal of the work supplied and the main challenges of the coming year. Together you will set out the means needed to achieve the objectives of the following year.
You will discuss your ambitions and career progress opportunities.
Training and development requirements are a key part of this interview.
Training
You will build your future through training, both technical training and training directed towards new skills or the development of personal abilities.
This training begins with the induction of all new recruits and will accompany them throughout their career.
For the Group, training represents an investment by contributing to the construction of the employees’ skills; the Group must be able to rely on employees offering up-to-date multi-skills.
For employees, training is a necessity in order to maintain, if not develop, their value and thereby prepare for the opportunities offered by other job functions, either with a wider remit or with further responsibilities in another area.
Training is organised and available both locally and centrally, and can be dispensed both within and outside the Company.
Career management
Your career path will naturally depend on your work performance. However, the competences you have acquired together with your own ambitions and choice will also determine the direction you will be taking. You can opt for the specialist career path, or evolve towards organisation, strategy or management functions.
Mobility - functional or geographic - supported and overseen by career managers, will help you open up new horizons, and develop your skills and skill versatility. Here too, training is a major support.
